Privacy Policy

1. Who runs this site

undefined studio (the “Operator”), an independent one-person studio, operates trend.undefined-studio.dev(the “Site”). This policy describes what personal data the Site processes, why, and who else is involved.

2. What is collected

Audience measurement. The Site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it sets no cookie, assigns no persistent identifier, and does not follow you to other sites. It records the page requested and coarse technical attributes (approximate country, device type, browser, operating system, referring domain) in aggregate. The Operator sees totals and rankings, never individual visitors.

Email subscription. If you subscribe to the brief, the Site collects your email address and nothing else — there is no name field, and your IP address is not stored with it. Subscription is double opt-in: your address is recorded as unsubscribed until you click the confirmation link sent to it, so an address entered by someone else never receives mail. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Server logs. The hosting provider keeps standard access logs (including IP address) at the infrastructure level, as any web server does. These are operational records the Operator does not use to build profiles.

3. What is not collected

• No accounts, passwords, or payment details — the Site has no login.
• No advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No tag manager, no social pixels, no session recording.
• No selling or sharing of personal data with anyone, for any purpose.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The Site sets no cookies.It stores one value in your browser’s local storage — your light/dark theme preference — so the page does not flash the wrong theme on load. That value stays in your browser, is never transmitted to the Operator or anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.

5. Advertising

The Site currently displays no advertising and loads no ad network code. Advertising may be introduced in future to fund the Site. If it is, this policy will be updated in the same change that introduces it, naming the network and describing the cookies or identifiers it uses, before any ad code is served to you.

6. Processors and international transfer

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting, delivery, standard access logs, and the cookieless analytics described above.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) (United States) — stores the subscriber list and delivers the brief. Used only if you subscribe.

Both operate servers in the United States, so if you subscribe or simply visit, the data described above is processed outside your country.

7. Retention

Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for its removal, after which it is deleted from the subscriber list. Analytics data is aggregate and retained by the provider on its own schedule; it is not tied to you. An address that never confirms stays unsubscribed and receives nothing.

8. Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, at any time and without giving a reason. For the subscriber list the fastest route is the unsubscribe link in any email; otherwise write to the address below and it will be handled promptly. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

9. Children

The Site is aimed at a professional and technical audience and is not directed at children.

10. Changes

This policy is written to match what the Site actually does, and is revised in the same change as any behaviour it describes. The date below is the last such revision.
